first is to let them know you are aware that they are illegal,they will fight you on this,but be strong and don't let them sway you.thet are illegal.next you need to send a copy of your state laws to each of these three.send them certified mail return receipt.include a do not call me at work in the letter stating you have overpaid and seek a refund.next get out BBB,FTC,AND AG complaints.
