Help to get out of payday debt

1)how much paid total to each
2)do they have access to your bank account.

i know MTE is illegal you only owe them the 200.00
principal.
i don't know about the others someone else
should be along.

I have paid MTE 100 in extension fee and the rest are to draft on June 30th

yes everything is set up for ach debit on my paydates. I will not be able to pay my rent if all is debited on the 30th!

can you get a live check for now,you have to close your acct and open a new one.the 30th should be enough time to open a new acct with direct deopsit.you must do this or the pdl's will bleed you dry.

If you are not able to close your account in time , in case you have any floating checks out there you can still do what is called a Hard Hold or an ACH Block on your account. You will need to go into your bank and speak with the Branch Manager.

You should file a complaint with the NC State Attorney General. Here is a link to another person here who filed a complaint and they no longer owe the debt because NC banned pdls.

they did that already mark,the person i call the loan hag reappears with different names and probably different IP'S.

I Closed my checking account and the debit from the PDL's were returned. 4 of my PDL's gave me an agreement to pay them off with no interest over a 5 month period. ameriloan one click cash, 3b payday, and paycheck today. The other two loans that sent me to collection are Vince Enterprises and FTR sent me to collection right away. the collection company is telling me that i have to pay them right away or they will start legal action over 300.00 and 500.00 is this possible? because i can not pay them right now.
