LOL!

I remember Casper; however, I did not remember that he actually had a theme song!

FYI Shazzers, you have a great singing voice! Actually, I consider anyone that can carry a tune (quite unlike myself) to me musically gifted, but I thought you had a great voice.

The only place I'll ever sing is by myself and in my car; at least the other drivers only think I'm mentally disturbed when they see me, they're not being tortured by my awful singing voice.

If you ever want to take a trip down cartoon memory lane, check out a CD called "Saturday Morning Cartoon Classics." It came out a few years back (mid 90's I think) and has contemporary bands doing covers of cartoon theme songs. I have that bad-boy in my iPod.

Pretty cool.

Oh, and don't forget "Schoolhouse Rocks, Rocks." Similar theme; current bands doing covers of those old "Schoolhouse Rocks" shorts that used to appear on Saturday morning.

Remember: "I'm just a bill, yes I'm only and bill, and I'm stuck here on Capital Hill."

Or: "Conjunction junction, what's your function?"

Kind of funny how those songs get stuck in my head and I can remember all the lyrics to them, yet have problems remembering my own home phone number sometimes.

LOL!

And the one with the Preamble to the Constitution...

Funny thing, that. I've got Schoolhouse Rock at the top of my NetFlix queue at the moment. A little bit of fun learning for the Demon Children now that school's out.

It's gonna annoy the hell outta the wife, too. But that's just a fringe benefit...

OMG!

I've had the darn "Conjunction Junction" song in my head all evening long!

And, as if that weren't bad enough, I saw an add for the "Mama Mia" movie on TV tonight.

Now ABBA is kicking it with Schoolhouse Rocks in my head, making a lot of noise, and annoying those voices that tell me to do things!

Kidding.

But ABBA sure had some catchy tunes back in the day. I have a lot of their albums on vinyl, Just no turntable to play them on. I do have two of their greatest hits CD's, though.

I remember I had free tickets to see "Mama Mia" a few years ago, and my Ex decided to pick that day to show out! Needless to say I didn't get to go see it. And I'm pretty sure it was a deliberate thing too.

That's one of the many reasons why my Ex is now just that, my Ex.

It was cute for a short while! It got to be pretty funny, though. He would be covered up for the night, and you could hear him whistling really soft to himself, then if he heard someone waling around, he got louder! I taught him that and to say a bunch of words an phrases, they are really easy to teach.

No, Ron, they gave him away, too, poor thing!! He really was a cute thing, really smart, just wouldn't stop whistling!

That's why alot of times in shops they have a sign to not whistle to the birds, I guess it overshadows everything!! My bird did talk alot too, though. It got pretty funny when it was dark and you would hear him whistle really soft under his cover
