Payday Loan Refund

Does anyone have a template of a letter that I can send the payday loan companies I owe stating that I will no longer pay them an additional penny since I have overpaid the loan back and they are illegal? Please post a template because I'm not sure how I should phrase the situation. Thank you

You can do a seach up in the right hand corner for a letter. There are plenty out there, just make sure you re-word to your situation and make sure you change the laws to your state laws.
