There name is Check Administration.And there very nasty people.There also on 800notes read the comments.I called them today and told them I was taping the call and the lady that has my wife account clam up fast.She told me NO ONE CALLED FROM THERE OFFICE looking for my wife.So I repeated the phone number and she told me yes that is there phone number so I repeated everything my father told me about how there going to bring the cops by the house if she do not pay this loan.Well she acted shocked and told me they do NOT make out going calls from there office.The man also told my father they needed our address for the cops to pick up my wife.The lady told me that they have our address right there and she told me what they had on file and guess what it was correct!!!!!!!!OH by the way we have NOT gotten not one letter from these people yet.Ok I need a little help from you guys I need a address for them.I call my state office today and they want them out of business.Any info would be great.

I think Check Administration is a collection agency and as far I know, a CA can't put a person behind bars only because he/she has an outstanding amount of debt. In fact, it is a fdcpa violation.

their address is 167 Ashland Avenue buffalo, new york, 14222. i have had problems with these people so i did a lot of research. i dug up everything there is to know about these people. contact karen and the New York Attorney General's office.
