I posted before about SDS Processing. I contacted my CU and revoked their ACH authorization. That same day they sent a withdrawal in a different amount and my bank paid. Went back down to bank and filled out more papers..they say that should do it. I got two email yesterday from SDS saying my acct had been given to a collection agency. When I tried to email a new letter regarding my action and their continued action I got a msg from yahoo saying that SDS would not accept email from me. Okay, I am going to fax my letter to them now. I borrowed $200 and they ACH'd $360 plus another $30 the other day so to my mind they have been over paid. Am I right?

Hi cellis, the problem with these pdl's and revoking ach transactions is exactly what happened to you, they will either change the amount to debit, change their name, or both, hence the transaction goes through anyway. This is why there is usually only one way to stop them, and that is to close out the account and get another one at a completely different bank, or put a hard debit block on your account until you gain control of your monies again. Yes, you are right, they are paid in full and them some, so if I were you, I would demand a PIF statement from them, and I would advise them that you are filing a complaint with the FTC, BBB and your Attorney General, then you REALLY need to file these complaints, and make sure you make it clear how you are being treated by this company, tell them about the ach transaction revocation, and how they kept changing the amount of the debit in an attempt to steal more money from you. I can't stress enough how important it is to make these complaints, please do that. I will post your laws for good measure. :)
