Yes, you can fill out a dispute asap with the bank and tell them this company does NOT have permission to debit your account! You may even need to put a hard debit block on it. What pdl company is it?

Like Shazzers said, let your bank know that their was no authorization on that account. If applicable, I would also let their processor know that they have been asked to debit on an unauthorized account as well.

It's a storefront...I am in the process of filing ch 13 but I don't have a case number yet...I should have one tomorrow. But if they all start to do this i won't have any money to pay my basic necessities

Once your case is filed in bankruptcy court you enter a "stay" meaning that everything/collecting stops until you go to court and your bankruptcy is approved. You need to get that filed asap if that is the route you choose.
