needing the phone number to cashzip

I have searched for Cashzip's phone number but only got an email Id: - "help@cashzip.com". Keep mailing them on a regular and frequent basis. Hope you may get response.

Try LitFunding Corp., Las Vegas
Michelle DeMuth, 702-317-1610

CashZip.com is a result of an agreement between Easy Money Express, Inc. and M3 Internet Services to market Easy Money Express brick-and-mortor payday lending service on the internet.

LitFunding Corp purchased Easy Money Express, Inc. and made it a wholly owned subsidiary. Here is the press release:

businesswire.com/portal/site/google/index.jsp?ndmViewId=news_view&newsId=20060213006223&newsLang=en

LitFunding is a public company, which is how I found the trail from LitFunding Corp to Easy Money Express, Inc. and their agreement with M3 to operate d/b/a CashZip.com. Here is the SEC filing (do a "find on this page" search for CashZip... it's on page 3).

M3 Internet Services, Inc. of South Dakota:

Here is the LitFunding contact page:

I hope this helps.

I'm curious to know if anyone has overpaid this company and successfully negotiated with them to pay off a loan. I have borrowed from them since 2003 and paid thousands of dollars in overpayments (I know, I know...). They are based in SD, and are licensed there as M3 Internet Services. They are not licensed in NM, where I am. Easy Money Express is not licensed in NM, either. M3 Internet Services is in La Fayette, GA; I suspect that they are taking advantage of SD's "safe harbor" laws, as their interest and fees are insane. I have notified my Attorney General and the NM state office that handles payday loans about them. I have also opened a complaint with the BBB.
