I haven't heard from a couple of my PDL's and think it's kind of strange. It has been almost 2 weeks since I haven't paid. I sent letters to most of them, but there are still 4 who haven't contacted me and where I am not sure where to e-mail the letters.
Has this happened to others of you out there??

Don't worry you will be hearing from them soon. What state are you in so someone can post your pdl laws for you.

Are these store front pdls or intenet ones. Also please list the principal amount borrowed and the names of the companies. Someone can look them up to find out if they are legally operating in your state.

Give it time. Sometimes when you default it takes their computer awhile to catch up in the system that payment is due. I am sure they will attempt to contact you. Now if they do not attempt, they probably are in receipt of your letters. Did you send them C&D letters?

Same as ladybug are they Internet or Store front?

Also some of those internet offshore companies are tricky. If they are ILLEGAL, whick most likely they are, they will try and debit on your next paydate the full amount. So this is why some may not have contacted you. I defaulted with 365fastcash.net and never heard from them again. I tried for an address to send my $48 owed, but they refused to provide any contact info. So I sent my letters and that was the end of it for me. I cannot pay you if you refuse to cooperate :)
