Too many PDL's in CA

Now I cannot pay ANY of these payday loan lenders back. Have I committed fraud? Needless to say, I feel like a real low-life right now.
Here's a summary of my outstanding PDL's:
paydayloan.com $200
DiscountAdvances #400
500FastCash $250
Payday Loan Yes $350
e Payday Loan $350
CashAdvanceNetwork $200
CashNetUSA $200
OneClickCash $250
Check N Go $255
The shit is going to hit the fan, on July 3rd, when I get paid. I already changed my direct deposit to a new bank, but I don't know for sure if the change will go into effect by July 3rd. I don't think I can save my existing bank account. My main concern is this: Could I be charged with fraud? And if this is NOT fraud, then what IS?

When you took the loans out you had intentions of paying them back right. If so than no you didn`t commit fraud. Perhaps you made some bad decisions but not fraud. Relax , you will get through this. These are all internet pay day loans right ?

Thanks for the super fast reply, and for putting my nerves to rest regarding the fraud issue. Yes, these were all internet payday loans. Check N Go might be both a storefront AND internet loan provider, but I got the loan over the internet, and all other loans over the internet.
Sincerely,
Bob

You have two options . Settle the pay day loans by your self or hire a company like PDL Assistance or Langhorne debt solutions.
First you would want to go into you bank and speak with the Branch Manager and have them put a ACH block " also known as a Hard Hold " so these Pay day loan places can`t get any more money from your account.Eventually you would want to close that account , but the hard hold will stop the pdl places till you can close the account.
These accounts will have to be delinquent typically for the PDL places to negotiate.
PDL Assistance or Langhorne or any other pdl settlement company will work with you to establish a savings program that will be used to pay off your debts over a period of usually 6 to 12 months. You will have one monthly payment and the amount you will pay back is typically between 30% and 60% of the amount owed when you joined the program. These companies have bills to pay just like you so yes they charge some fees up front and it could take 60-90 days sometimes for your first settlement. You will save more money doing this on your own.But if you don`t want to deal with the hassle of settling on your own you may want to hire a company to help you but expect it to take a little longer to rid your self of the debt because you will pay some fees to these companies who do all the dirty work for you.
Either option is good depending on what you want to do. :D

It's going to be OK. The good news is that California is getting tougher with IPDL's--but the bad news is that you are indeed going to have to go through the motions with these businesses to get them paid off.
I am also in California and have gone through what you are about to go through and here is my advice:
First off, contact each lender and explain what's going on. Chances are they are going to debit your account and tell you they don't make payment arrangements, which is why you need those hard holds. Second off, document, document, document. Get names of people you have talked to or emailed and times, etc.
Now you need to do homework. Go to the California.gov website and go to the Dept of Corporations. There is a place there where you can check the list of banned IPDL's in California. Check each of your IPDL's there and check to see if they are licensed to do business in the state. If they are not (and chances are they are not), then all you are on the hook for is the loan principal (what you have borrowed)--and tell them where to put their outrageous fees.
If they harass you and give you pushback when you give them the payback plan you can afford, then file complaints with Jerry Brown's (Our Attorney General) office and the Dept of Corporations.
I could do this for you, but I want to educate you to do this and stand on your own two feet--which you WILL do. Good luck and let us know what's happening, OK?

Thanks mobile0311 and kscornell! I'll heed your advice. I contacted a payday loan debt consolidation company a few days ago. I was wondering if you have heard of them, and if they were a good one to go with. If not, I'll look up PDL Assistant, or Langhorne. The one I contacted already is: Payday Debt Consolidation, at paydaydebtconsolidation.com
Thanks again for the advice. I'll keep in touch!
Sincerely,
Bob

I'm having difficulty signing in to my account. I don't remember my password, and I have not yet received a new password after submitting a request for one, via the link on the sign in page.

I found the Dept of Corporations site for California, but have been unsuccesful finding a list of banned IPDL's in California. I've searched the site, using a variety of key words, with no luck. Is there something more you could suggest? Thanks!
Sincerely,
Bob
