If they make an inquiry, it will show up instantly. Employment inquiries, I'm pretty sure are soft, so only you can see that they inquired.
That is if they run it at all. It is becoming standard procedure to make applicants sign all the consent forms and disclosures, but sometimes the company won't actually go through the trouble of pulling all those reports.

Question: How does the Employment Credit Report (PEER) differ from a regular Credit Report? Answer: There are five (5) major differences between the Employment Credit Report (PEER) and Credit Reports: 1) Employment Credit Report will display up to four employment sets, when available. Currently, a Credit Report will display only the two most current employment sets. 2) Tradeline and bank set account numbers are suppressed on an Employment Credit Report. Suppression protects the consumer's file from potential fraud. 3) The age/date of birth does not appear on Employment Credit Reports. 4) A letter will be automatically generated to the consumer stating a public record was present on a file accessed for employment purposes. 5) Employment Credit Report posts a special inquiry type of ???????EM.??????? |
