Intellirisk CD?

I got a call today from Intellirisk. My American Express account has been turned over to them. The collector was very persistent and kept saying that he was going to note my file that I was refusing to pay (more like can't pay, but he obviously doesn't care!). Anyway, I asked for his address so that I could send a CD letter, and after I asked persistently several times, he gave me a fax number, but no address. Should I fax a CD or should I wait and see if I get a notice in the mail from them with an address? My concern about faxing it is that they will then have my fax number, which gives them one more avenue for harrassing me.

Go to a staples or office max and fax it from there. Might cost you a $1.00 but worth it.
When you do fax them save that cover sheet as proof of your fax.
When you do fax them save that cover sheet as proof of your fax. Good idea about going to kinkos or office max or office depot to fax or see if your public library allows you to fax things.

Before you send that c&d, remember that when you send it, you are limiting the CA's options. Depending on the amount and how recent the debt is, they may respond with a summons.
