does anyone know about this company? they have been harassing me for a while, calling my work, leaving threatening emails, threatening to have my wages garnished, send out a warrant for me, etc. i have tried to make payment arrangements, they want it all at once, i cannot do that, are these people legal? i am in texas. this is an online payday loan company, and they are unwilling to work with me, just threats. thanks for all help!

welcome,first in texas alot of pdl's operate as CSO'S,that is a different set of rules than pdl's go bye.someone should be along to let you know if cashadvanceusa operates as a CSO in texas.
