I have 2 internet payday loans to get off my back

nhcash/nhcashsilver and cashnet

my bank put a block on my account but it is only for debits and temporary, can be removed whenever I please.

I emailed the 'manager' at nhcash and she said I could pay with moneygram but then today i get another email saying they are debiting my account in 5 days per my master promissoty note signed.

I gave my bank copies of the ach revoking letters I sent both companies and I reissued the letter to both companies just now. Anyone have a fax number for them? I will refax them as well.

What about the ach processors, do you think I'd have any luch with them?

thanks

Are you sure? In another post you made it said internet loans are illegal? I don't care either way, I just need to be able to pay them through money order or western union and not my account due to recently being unemployed.

The following state's have banned payday lending, so internet loans are illegal.

Connecticut

Georgia

Maryland

Massachucetts

New Jersey

New York

North Carolina

Vermont

Virginia

I am dealing with cashnet use, that is wht is on my bank statement. cashnet usa and some numbers which I assume are transaction numbers.

So Pink lady, I did not get the loan through Cashnet usa but the ncp lender place. So Cashnet is seeking kind of like a finders fee and I pay the other company back the $300 plus interest- not cash net?

See why it is so confusing. sheesh! I will just ask for the contract. That should tell em exactly who gave the loan and who gets the money, because I wil not be paying cash net back and then low and behold here comes that other lender...

The loan is completly serviced through Cash Net USA. You would not ever see the actual lenders name when going through a CSO. You never deal with them. The contract is signed with Cash Net USA. It's like the actual lender never exists.

I've done a lot of research into CSO's, and know a lot about how Cash Net USA operates.

The deposit would've been under Cash Net USA, just like the debits.

Hi all what Goudah2424 says is correct. If you look up the licence in Maryland you will see they have one. This is one PDL I did not mess with. I set up terms and was glad. I have a bunch of other PDLs that I'm not sure about. I know I live in MD and they are not legal but on the contracts it says we agree to abide by the state the loan is made in no matter what state we live in. I got my first reply to my letters today from Web Payday and they say they will SELL my account to a collector if I don't work with them but did say I had paid 450 on my 600 loan (which was really supposted to be all interest) I'm still trying to figure out what is legal and what is not but it's to late now I'm in the fight since I closed my account. I would be grateful for any input.

How pissed am I that I clicked the wrong button and now my response is gone?

Anyway, my issue is not repayment. I've paid back payday loans before. My issue is making sure I pay the right company. NCP (which I can not find anywhere!) funded the account on May 30. Cashnet says they funded the account on June 16th and that a payment is due Monday June 30th. Cashnet debited $71.61 on June 16th and then two payments of $30 something a day or 2 later.

Now, if I am just paying back cashnet then fine, but I want to make sure NCP is a part of them or the name of their finance people or something that links the two before I pay Cashnet and then low and behold, here comes ncp asking for$$$...

In anycase my bank's operations department put a permanent block on Cashnet and nhcash/nhcash silver so hopefully that was enough.
