There is a judgement on my credit report from a creditors attorney but they were included in my bankruptcy. I call the court house because I was never served-they stated there was nothing pending against me and when I explained that it was included in my bankruptcy, the court told me to contact the attorney that filed and they could assist -she gave me his number, which I called. Now this attorney who represented American General Finance told me he can't take it off, I would have to call my bankruptcy attorney to get it taken care of. If it was included in my bankruptcy it shows up as a judgement and it shows up as a bad debt 2 different amounts on my credit report. This was a car title loan-they AG let me sale the car and which I did for $2000. My loan was for $3000. Now on the judgement it states for $4200 and the bad debt it shows as $3360. It is the exact same debt but different account numbers. What should I do, or do I have to wait this out to come off of my report in 2014.

i would show this to your BK attorney,if this
was part of your bankruptcy and was discharged, the person or CA putting that on your CR should remove it asap.
