Okay, I did the first step and closed my bank account. Currently it is in overdraft and I have a hard freeze on it to prevent anything from coming through.

Can someone please provide me with a copy of the letter to send to these people? Here is who I have:

MyCashTime - Original Loan $500 - have paid way over. Been paying extension fee for at least 6 months, I will have to go back and check. I have had this loan since 2007

E-Payday-Loan - $300 - Paid $90 fee.

STCAdvance - $200 - Paid $74 X 3 in Fees - $222

CashNet USA - This is a CFSA so I am going to call and work with them.

Any help is appreciated.

Cash Net USA is a registered CSO in Texas. This means they are

The other companies may not be legal, but I haven't checked.

You can search the Sec of State's website to see if they are a registered CSO. Texas is the big state for CSO's, but there are also a few pdl/cso's in Maryland and Florida.
