 I am looking for anyone that would have information as to what I can repay and how long I legally have to repay the debt owed. I live in Wisconsin and I have four lenders.
Cash Net USA ( who has begun harrasing my brother)
United Cash Loans ( who refuse to deal with me in writing at all)
Payday One (are more than willing to work with me)
Discount Advances ( no word from them regarding my account)

I am trying to spread this out over the next six months to repay and I am having a hard time working with the lenders. They only want to give me a month and a half.

Thanks for all the help.

CashNetUsa and Paydayone I know for sure are licensed to do business in Wisconsin. CashNetUsa will continue to call you over and over unless you set up a payment arrangement only they like. I sent them a proposal through my credit managment company and they didn't accept so they continued to call me everyday. My credit management company still sent them the payment they didn't want to accept. They will try and get you to break it up into 3 or 4 payments.

Paydayone was very easy to work with, they accepted the first proposal my credit management company sent to them and they never called me. Any communication was done by email, but they did report me to Teletrack. United Cash Loans tried to make an electronic check and send it through my bank account but it was blocked.

you might qualify for a program only offered for people in Wisconsin called Chapter 128. Chapter 128 gets its name from the Wisconsin state statute it falls under, 128.21. The main purpose of Chapter 128 is to repay debt without filing bankruptcy. It is NOT a consumer credit counseling program, but is a debt consolidation plan filed with the Wisconsin Circuit Courts, with documents prepared by an attorney. A trustee is appointed to administer the plan. I hope this helps :D

THanks to everyone for the advise. I contacted the Department of Financial Institutions and they propsed my repayment plan to Cash Net USA with an option of 3 months to repay and they have agreed. I am still waiting on a response from Payday One. I wanted to let you know I filed a complaint against United CAsh Loans with the BBB and I was notified today that although they are well within their rights to collect they are going to reduce my $350.00 original loan by the $105.00 that I already paid in interest so by the end of the month I owe them just $245.00 to clear the account. I am still working with Discount Advances to try to work our arrangements with them, but so far I am half way out of my Payday Loan Hell. Thanks to all of you and all of your help. I saved myself a whole bunch of money.

Congratulations, you are half way there. Keep an eye on cashnet though..they agreed to my payment plan also and a few days after that they tried to debit my account by splitting the amount into two transactions...and that was even after I sent them a letter revoking the authorization. They even acknowledged receiveing the letter and email....they are just sneaky.
