I have been receiving emails from them almost everyday since I have defaulted the end of Feb...well..I just keep resending them my letter stating they owe me money as they are illegal to loan to me...anyway, this morning i get this email stating in big bold letters...

"can you just pay what you owe us please".

nothing else...but it was in response to my letter...

i wonder when they will just go away? And for another funny story; i get a voicemail from Eastside lenders that i am such a good customer that they want me to call them to get another loan....but they turned me over to a CA that leaves me nasty voicemails that i just erased...i way overpaid them...

anyway, had to share with you.....guess i will continue to email my letter and ignore there calls...

wow, short and to the point.no b.s. no rhetoric
about state laws.i think they are ripe for picking
purple.keep e-mailing they will get the hint.

Well I got another email from them this morning and here is what they say....I can't believe these people...what shall I do... I overpaid them by $70 dollars...i don't care for the refund, just off my back and a "PIF".
Did you consider investigating our company prior to accepting our advance for your personal use. Did you take the time to review the terms and conditions of our loan prior to spending the money for whatever purpose. Now you agreed to these terms when you needed our assistance. By the way we are in accordance with all guidelines as far as conducting business. We would like to set you up with a payment arrangement otherwise further actions will be taken. Please advise as to your intent to pay after reviewing this email. I look forward to assisting you further in there near future."

I am not paying another dime; and I have already filed complaints with all entities i could...should i do it again and keep sending my same email to them...it's getting ridiculious..

thanks community.

that purple is called grasping at straws, they know it's up to
them to know the state laws of the borrower.keep emailing
these clowns.it wouldn't hurt to refile your complaints.trust me
on this, they will give.they are illegal for you and they know it.
your email on the original post said it all.
