I am trying to make arrangements with CMG but they emailed me back stating that the lender denied the request and the only option i had was to paydown or payoff my loan - anyone any luck with them.

No I revoked my ACH authorization with them and sent them a letter stating all communication is to be done through email or USPS. Well I have been emailing them. I had a 250 loan, well I have paid them 300 total back to them. They say I still owe the 325. I told them I would send them 25 more dollars but they say that they wont except that, my only option is to paydown or payoff. I dont know what I should do next - how to proceed with them. Sam

oops - I forgot to tell you that i am in Texas. I have a total of 4 internet payday lenders - here is that info.

CMG 250/325 - paid 300

Loan Shop 300/390 - paid 360

Cash Transfer Centers (This time) 500/638 - paid 0 this time - this one is paid off every two weeks and then I have to reloan.

Magnum Cash Advance 592/928 - paid 233 -

So far by reading the boards - Cash Transfer Centers seem to be the one to be worried about.

Sammie I don't think Cash Transfers Centers is licensed anywhere in the U.S., if I am wrong about that, someone please correct me. Anyway, if I am right, all you are morally obligated to do is pay back the principal amount. If I were you, I would file complaints with; Texas Office of the Consumer Credit Commission, Texas Attorney Generals Office and Texas Finance Commission. I would send an email to Cash Transfer Centers and tell them you are willing to make payments through USPS with a money order only. So, if they want their payment, they need to give you a physical address to send it to, and if they object, then so sad too bad for them. Please remember, I would do all this only if I was sure they were illegal/unlicensed, and based on the information I have dug up here at this forum, it appears they aren't licensed. Have you sent these pdl's a wage assignment revocation letter, and given a copy to your employer?

I have sent them an email stating that I would pay back the principle. I have sent a wage revoke letter to them as well. So far I have not heard from them. I am willing to pay them back, but after looking on here - it seems that they are not really willing to work with you at all. I found an address on here for ecare center in canada that they are apart of and I think i am going to fax them a payment plan arrangement to them and see how this goes. I plan on filing complaints with the texas as well. I sure wish i would have found this forum before i took those payday loans out. It was such an amazement to have a full paycheck this time.
