If the collection is correct then I don????????t think that it can be removed from your CR. But you can definitely negotiate with the collector to remove the entry if you pay-off the debt.

Now, have you checked your state laws regarding payday loans? I think before going for negotiation with the CA, you should check out the legalities associated with the payday loans in your state.

It depends on wether the loan was legal or not.

If the loan was illegal, then yes, you can dispute the debt and get it removed.
