I agree with this guy. Always assume that the debt collectors are trying to trick you. Usually, THEY ARE! They have LITTLE TO NO POWER!! Know your rights! Visit www.debtorboards.com and find out what rights you actually have against these dirtbags. Don't think that you are alone. We have all been in situations where the debt collectors have tried to humiliate us.
