Progress so far...

Here's where I stand so far with my loans:
Loan Shop - Initial Loan of $300, paid $390, PIF. I know they owe me a refund, but I was happy to just get it taken care of so quickly!
Cash Advance Network - Initial loan of $100, paid $30, they have offered to settle for remainder of principle balance.
MMG Holdings - Initial loan of $200, paid $60, they also have offered to settle for remaining balance.
PaydayLoan Yes - Initial Loan of $350, paid $315, owe $35. They claim I owe them $890, when I offered to settle for the amount remaining!! They cannot tell me how they came up with that amount, and I believe at this point they are sending me to collections - I received a cryptic email from Tim there yesterday asking if I was in Suffolk County.
OneClick Cash - initial loan of $300, paid $450. They are still saying I owe them money, although they won't tell me how much via email.
United Cash Loans - initial loan of $350, paid $105. They have yet to respond to my settlement offer, which I have now sent via email and fax three times.
Geneva Roth/Ameriloan - initial loan of $300, paid $720. They have not responded to me and my request for a PIF. Again, I know they owe me a refund, but honestly, I'd be happy with just knowing it was over.
JD Marketing - initial loan of $250, paid $300. No response to my emails about a PIF.
M1Y Marketing - initial loan of $250, paid $375. No response to my emails.
Zip19.com - loan of $500, paid $0. Offered them a settlement, of three equal payments of what I owe, and their collections department said they were marking my account "refused to pay". They won't accept anything less than a full payment, and in fact even encouraged me to pay them back and just re-loan. As if I'm going to give them my new bank account info! They did contact my payroll dept, even though I said they were not allowed to contact my place of employment. Their response? "We weren't trying to speak with you, so it doesn't matter."
So, that's where I stand now. I probably wouldn't even have come this far without reading these forums and gaining a much better understanding of the laws regarding these loans. While I still have a long way to go, I'm no longer struggling for rent money and a way to pay for groceries because of these loans, which is a huge relief to me.
I hope that I at least get responses from the accounts where I truly owe money. If I don't hear from them soon, should I just start sending payments? Or will it work against me if I send in payments that they haven't set up for me?
Michelle, it certainly sounds like you are on the right track!

Someone will be posting your pdl laws for you and then we will know where you stand on if any of them are illegally operating or legally operating in your state. If any of those are storefront pdl's they are most likely operating legally and will and do sue so please be proactive with them and set up payment arrangements.
My advice and this is just me I wouldn't send them any money until you get a response back from them.
If they are not cooperating with you, which by the way doesn't sound like they really are turn them into your ag's office, bbb and ftc. That will get them to pay attention to you.

They are all internet lenders, and from what I can make of the MA laws, it does seem like it's all illegal in my state.
It just gets to me, because to those that I still owe money on the balance, you'd think they'd at least respond to the fact that I want to send them money.

Michelle I am in MA also, One Click send the latter via email to the compliance dept, all I have to pay is the principal amount. Loan Shop gave me a refund, Geneva Roth/Loan POint will put you right into collections, follow up with complaints to MA, KS & UT BBB, AG'S and whoever else you can think of for them! Most of the C & D letters I sent once they got them i got PIF's from all that i overpaid. I am still waiting to deal with one other company but like you when I found this site I had 12 open PDL'S and now I have 2 the rest were PIF'S!!!! Hang in there!

No, Goudah, I just wrote my list down incorrectly. My loan is with Geneva Roth.
I have not contacted my state's AG office yet, I'm actually not 100% sure on how to go about doing that. I was planning on doing some research into that this weekend.
momw22000, do you have the email address to the compliance department for One Click Cash?

A word of advice - Geneva Roth has a nasty habit of finding people's new bank accounts.
One way to lessen the possibility of that happening is to get a bank account at a bank that doesn't use Chexsystems to verify your new account. Geneva Roth uses this report to see what bank you have opened an account with, then uses the contract you signed to legally debit that new account.
If you need help finding a bank that doesn't use Chexsystems, go to the banking forum here.

OneClickCash Compliance Department
They sent me an email telling me I had to pay the principal amount by 7/11 and al other fees/interest will be waived. Before I sent that they kept calling me insisting I pay 455.00 then they saw the complaints to the BBB and agreed to the principal only which is what I wanted since I had already paid two extension fees!

Thanks for the info on OneClick Cash's compliance department. I will forward my info over to them as well.
Goudah, I saw that mentioned in another thread, as well. I opened this other bank account a few months ago, and then started using it when I sent out the debit revocations to all of my PDLs. I'm guessing that even though the account was opened before I started trying to stop all of these debits, that doesn't really matter. I may take a look at the banking forum in regards to that, although I really hate the idea of having to continually switch bank accounts. Would it do any good to send the letter I sent to Geneva Roth to my current bank, just so they might work with me in case they do try to debit?

The prohibited status should work in your favor. I live in New York where they are also prohibited and that info worked like a charm for me. I did send the standard C and D letters, filed complaints with the authorities and eventually contacted the processors but I do think the fact that they are illegal here did help me with my settlements. Hang tight. They will eventually all go away.
