Collection company wants larger payment

I've been paying this collection company a certain amount they agreed to, now they're trying to say it's not enough and I have to pay more. Do I have to pay more?

Personally, I would never pay a CA and definately would not give them access to my bank account so if you have given them ACH ability then revoke it and close that bank account. Pay by MO or cashiers check. Who is the CA?
