My daughter is almost 22 and no longer lives with me, but I found out last year that she was 25000 in debt after leaving home for 2 years. She is working but continually uses credit card offers and run them up. My son the spy told me she goes into the mall and goes nuts and spends spends , she's blames me for this debt, not herself or her boyfriend or herself. We barely communicate anymore.

I am sorry to hear that. She can`t blame you for her poor money management skills. She has debt because she is using the cards to supplement her income . Perhaps you can talk her into getting into a Consumer credit counseling program called a debt management Plan. It will get her one payment at a much lower interest rate plus will provide her with educational info to help her be smarter in the future when it comes to credit and money management skills.

This site offers free counseling if she wants to look into it.
