anyone had issues with first source advantage?

Feel free to call these numbers as often as you need to release stress. The company is located in Morristown, New Jersey.

I did manage to call back one of their employees and she hung up on me. Her name is Sandy Garcia and her direct number is 862-222-3816. Some of the other numbers that have called me from this company are :862-222-3579, 862-222-3815, 862-222-3802, 862-222-3574. I finally get a call back and after insisting I was put through to a supervisor whose name is Adrian. Here is his direct cell number if you would like to call him to discuss their business practices. 866-276-8306.

Happy calling.

Yes AGREE! They are terrible and want nothing to do with hearing you but taking money. I have spoke with them numerous times including their Manager to send payments of what I could afford at the time. I was told that they would not accept them so therefore I didn't pay, what else was I supposed to do? I still recieved numerous phone calls during the day AND night asking for money.
I'm sorry but if you are a collection agency and someone is obviously trying to resolve this issue that they have come across then take what they can give you and if they are paying for however amount of years, atleast your getting your money. They are so ignorant and greety.
I attempted to call the number for (Adrian) and well when I called his name was Rick and he let me know that they were no longer the company I was dealing with THANK GOD! Maybe they got the hint that I did not like them! Ugh so irratating when this could have been paid off by now!

yes trying to pay bills by harrassing.for every one story like yours.there are hundreds more from harrased, and threatened by people like you.btw people come to get advice from strangers because they are cursed at,threatened, and harrassed.we must be doing something right if you have to come on with a slanted point of view.do your job right, and there would be no need for sites like this.

I was directed to them directly by capital one...but i find it funy that i can't find a direct website for them other than their payment website...they kept telling me i had to make a payment to even be put on a medical hardship...they evey told me that if i sent a payment to capital one that it would just go to them in the long run...i just feel really uncomfortable ratlling off my SSN and account information to a company like this

I got call from 1-716-564-4353 then a recording said if you're this person press #, if not pres #, so on so forth, then the recording rattled off an 866 # which I couldn't understand
I called the 716# and the girl wouldn't say what type of company they are and refused to let me speak to a supervisor until I told her by law if someone asks to speak to the supervisor they are required to do so, a man who said his name is Mike stated he's the supervisor but refused to say what type of company they are, I asked if they are a
collection agency, he refused to answer the question(s). I was a bill collector for over 30
years and an extremely good one and I know if asked certain questions by the consumer they are required to answer them. Therefore I didn't give him any information and he didn't
get any either, I hung up...

A collection was filed this week on an account with Time Warner that was erroneously turned over for collection.  It was an account that had been paid in full, which I have documentation. After spending an hour on the phone with Time Warner.  Apologies and said they would notify First Source.  That was October and no other mail or anything and then I get alert that they had filed collection notice.  What should I do?  Drastically hurt my credit score and it's only 69.00.  Should I have paid it twice?
