I would suggest you give them a call and see what they can do. Hopefully they are more sympathetic than Langhorne.

They were very nice in letting me start my payback on July 11, my next payday . I started with them on June 22.

I agree, I would just give them a call. Besides they are a PDL consolidation company, so they have to be a littlr more sympathethic than the actual PDLs themselves :)

I use them also and they have been very flexible with my payments, give them a call...

How long does it take before T&C start sending your creditors your money? I have asked for a print out of my schedule and still haven't received it.

when did you sign up with them? Have you paid your retainer?

yes. I signed up a month ago. Paid my retainer and have sent two payments.

And you have not gotten your statement of accounts yet??? I would call them, I paid retainer and 1st months payment last week and was told my statement of accounts wouuld come this week. I have a friend who recently signed up and he got his statement within a few days of sending his money, something must have gotten missed.

I will call them again. I still have cashnetusa calling me though, even after I have sent them a ceise and desist and T&C has suposedly worked something out with them.

I want to see how much they are sending these people. And while they have been great to deal with, I have to make sure these creditors are being paid.

Hey I just went and checked my mail and I got my statement of accounts. This is the list of creditors and how much we are paying each one...

There have been times where I had to call them up again and ask for it. I think sometimes they are so busy they forget to put things in the out box. Or the mail carrier looses my papers from them once in a blue moon.

I had them fax it to me today. All good... But why are some of these people still calling me?

I received my statement in the mail today. They called to answer a question I emailed earlier today. I hope things continue to go this smoothly. :shock:

Jules, I've heard that often creditors will continue to call us until we have made about 3 pmts in the plan, I think that's to much sure we are serious about the whole thing.

Kporter, you mean you got your statement from T& C, today? I was not aware we could e-mail them....

Yes. The email address is [email]service@tcac.org[/email]. I've emailed them twice with questions and they called me back later that day. They are 1 hour behind me so one time I missed it. They said I didn't have to contact the pdl places. They advised I either close my account and open a new one, or place stop payments on the checks still out. I have a temp freeze on my account. I have my pay direct deposited so I really don't want to close my account.

Ok Imale... Good to hear. I hope that is the case. I have been threatened legal action by checksmart and I want to make sure they know I am paying towards my debt.

jules, I'm too dealing with checksmart, what is your experience with them?
