I have a name on here but I can never long in corrctly unless I am at work. Anywho-

I have a debit account online that I use randomly netspend visa. If you have payday loans debiting your money that you can not afford to have taken, I sugest using the online debit account, you can have your check direct deposited there and you are protected because they do not allow ach preauthorizations, you can set up bills to pay but it is all completely in your control.

If you bank is not helping you as fast as you would like, # 1 is to preserve the safety of your money.

Also, if you keep cancelling the debits and go to your bank and explain, they should give you options, the easiest way is to place a hard debit block or a 'Y" status on the account, that blocks ANY debit activity by anyone- you included, so what I did initially was open the online debot account, and put money I wanted to access in that and when my check would come to my account with the bank, I would go to the branch, have them remove the Y status, withdraw my money and have the Y status put back on. I did this until enough time went by that if I closed my account the pdl's could not force it back open with debits.

What is a C + D letter???
That everyone says to send to the PDL companies?
