DJR and CMG provided me loans that I didn't think that I authorized, but I guess that the application is the authorization also.

I called 1-866-553-5788 and they fixed it for me immediately, taking the loan $$ back out of my account the next day.

This company deposited money into my account without my knowledge and then told me that if I spent any part of the money they could not reverse it. so my bank reversed it and they also received a the fees from me. They are now saying they have not recieved any such reverse from my bank and now have sent me to collections for $600 and a collection agency is calling me at work. More than double what they put in without my knowledge and this has been going on since early september.

What state are you in? It really depends on your state payday loan laws.

Same thing happened to me, I took a loan out with another company for $100, and when I looked at my account this morning, I had an additional $200 that I never authorized from DJR. I called them this morning and the only option was number 1 to leave a voicemail. They had better call back... I'm still going to keep calling until I get a live person!

Yep i applied with checkngo.com and was not approved because they did not void an incomplete loan. I received a call from a young lady with dgr group that $200 would be deposited into my account today. I have already emailed them and will keep calling till they reverse this ish!!!

I applied for a loan online with another company. Then the next day this djr group put money in my account. I cant find a number or website for them. I went to the bank. They couldnt find any information on this company at all. Nothing to contact them. Just nothing. They had me close my current checking account and open a new one. To be safe they had me call the place I actually applied for a payday loan and set up payment on a prepaid credit card. I would like to know how to contact this company and figure out what happened. Anyone got any ideas????

i just want to add that they called my mom home looking for me and my mom told them i didn't live there anymore. note this is the collector agnecy (legacy asset management) so my mom say they went on into saying well we looked in the phone book in your city and state with the same last name as your daughter and this is the # we got. my mom then say's to them well our last name is GRANT and it's also was the last name as one of our past president's, so with that being said were not related to the president GRANT so that doesn't mean everyone with the same last name are related!!!!! she then said the creditor say's stop hollering at me you BLACK NIGGER!!!! then hung up!!!! i mean this is a damn shame for 350$ what is this world coming to. these people will harass you till they are tired!!! HOW DID HE EVEN KNOW WHAT RACE MY MOM WAS? i should put in a claim against them!!!!!

never talked or had conversation with anyone from DJR Group until drawed into there scam, applyed for a quick loan on a pop up add online which clearly stated someone would be in contact with me. Next day I had 300 dep. in my account and then I called and talked to some guy calling himself Trever which stated the money would be pulled out next day. Six weeks have passed and the are still pulling 90 every two weeks out of my account. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. So called costumer service is a scam they have some how locked me into there scam. I have truely leared my lesson.
Since they are on the internet, they are illegally lending. So they can not legally come after you if you do not pay back the loan.
Is that true? I have them coming after me like criminally and I never authorized anything and Im freaking out!

Not entirely true, it depends on the state you are in and the names of the pdl's. However, I will tell you this, owing a debt is a civil matter, not a criminal one. If you would start a new topic with the following information, it will help us to help you:

Names of each pdl company.
Whether they are store front or Internet.
How much you borrowed.
How much you paid so far.
The state in which you reside.

They deposited $200.00 into my checking account without me even knowing. I called and told them that I did not request this loan and they told me that I did. The first lady said that she could not and would not reverse the funds all because I "accidentally" told her that I withdrew money form my account and she assumed it was the 200.00. After cussing her out...I called right back and and spoke to someone different and had them reverse the funds...This is suppose to take place within the next two days so Ill keep yaposted..They are a complete ripp off...Never say you even touched the money or they will not reverse it and you will be stuck.

How can you just "not pay them back" if they have your acct #? I guess I could close that acct & reopen another? any help or suggestions on that?
They screwed me big time too... same as "unregistered" above... I received an email on a Friday evening that I was approved for $200 that would be deposited in my acct. Within 3 minutes of this email I was calling the toll free # (and ONLY got a voicemail option, no live person), replied to the email they sent me and I sent a fax telling them those funds better NOT show up in my acct because I never authorized anything, did NO electronic signature, etc...they replied the following afternoon saying the lender would reimburse my funds... never happened. And now they aren't just taking the initial $60 per check, they have done 2 $60 payments on my pay period.
any advice you can provide, i'll take!

If you can help me, it would be awesome and greatly appreciated!

I was actually trying to search for a small personal loan, not a payday loan and informed them I never authorized them to deposit funds to my acct, or did any electronic signature. I'm in NC, they were on the Internet, under the name "DJR group" and they deposited $200 in my acct and have taken $180 and $120 - so a total so far of $300! And they have kept my acct in the HOLE since!

Thanks!

I just called the 8665335788 number and it has been disconnected. I don't want to close my account, but may have to. I am not really worried about legal matters, because as they say you can't get blood out of turnip; however, I would like to resolve the matter. Has anyone contacted a "live" person with them lately?

I have a similar situation with them. I had thought about applying for a payday loan so I had run a search online from my phone. When I saw the insane interest rates places charged I came to my senses and decided not to do it. For the next couple of weeks my phone was bombarded with email offers form online payday lenders it was ridiculous they were like vultures. I deleted the emails as they came in and thought nothing of it. Im horrible about balancing my check book so I didn't notice until I actually opened my statement that they deposited $300 into my account without my consent and they have been deducting $90 each time I get paid. I do not have any contact info for this company other than what I found in these posts. I am in the state of Wisconsin and I'm not familiar with Wisconsin's payday loan laws. I plan on calling my bank as soon as I get out of work today but any advice that you guys can offer about the best way to deal with them would be much appreciated. They have already pulled almost double what they deposited into my account. I have learned to never even google PDL's again and I am going to start keeping much closer tabs on my account but I need to stop these withdrawals ASAP!

If you are referring to DJR Group, the best way to deal with them is to immediately close your account! Now that they have your personal account information, so does every other illegal lender on the Internet, if you don't want to be robbed blind, I would suggest you close that account!

This same thing happened to me. I did not authorize payment and did not notice it in the account until it was to late. I feel all of this is a scam. It has messed up my accounts and caused lots of problems. I have changed accounts and plan to call and report to BBB and Attorney Generals Office and see if it is illegal in the state of MS. I am going to start researching the laws on this type of fraud.

Just got off the phone with someone named Brandon representing the collection agency...it's funny because they use a 919 area code (since I'm in NC).

The loan was posted into my account in Sept. and I'm just now contacting them (though I closed the account in nov.) because I keep getting calls. He said the actually company name is Bahama Marketing Group and that DJR is who their loan goes through. He said I accepted a loan via my email that they had on file but I didn't apply for any loans in Sept!

I did inquire about a loan in July through VIP Loan Shop but when asked if I wanted to accept, I told them no..

I talked to my bank and they already reversed one deduction from my account, and then they also blocked another attempt before closing said account. I'm about to get all the VIP and DJR charges reversed since I told these bastards I didn't want the loan and they put it in my account anyway...my only problem is, what if they send it to collections and it fucks up my credit!

they got our info too, the wife was just browsing to see who had the best rate for a short term cash ifusion before christmas. She never authorized any of them, but DJR dropped 200 in there, she didnt get through to the credit union in time, 60 every other week for 6 weeks, i withdrew all of our cash from that account, but they tried to hit it any way, 60 once, then 30 all in the same day.
my CU is trying to charge me 25 for each one as a NSF fee, i have an apointment with the manager monday to see if they can waive any of it, if not its gonna cost me 150 bucks to close an account.

as for an address, after 20 minutes on the phone (866 553 5788) i was finaly able to get a mailing address, it is as follows

DJR Group LLC
suite 4 and 5
Temple Building
William and Main streets
Charleston, NEVIS
Federation of St Kitts and Nevis

I am also a victim of djr. I never authorized the 200$ they deposited into my account and for 6 months they've taken 60$ every other week for a refinance fee? I have not been able to stop them from charging me because I've never had a number to reach them at but I have faxed the sheet telling them to take the 200$ back on my next payday but they have yet to end the loan. That was a month ago. I'm in south Carolina and the loan was for 200 and I have now payed them nearly 800$. I'm at my wit's end on what to do. Please help. Thanks

So I called the number on the first thread someone posted, and I called them and spoke with a representative and she advised me that the loan for $200.00 would be reversed in 24 hours. I have also contacted my back and advised that there should be a revearsal on the account for only $200 and then they advised they would put a fraud alert from that company. I will follow up in 48 hours to make sure that only the $200 will be deducted, becasue just like many of you a lady called me and asked me if i wanted the loan the previous day and I said HELL NO, how did you even get my info, and as soon as I asked that question she said ok and hung up.
