I currently have 3 payday loans when I got them I was unaware of the fact they were going to charge my checking account $90 per loan. I cant afford this and live.I have every intentions of paying the 300 for each loan back but dont want to pay the excessive charges. I also have my Bank of america account I am looking to close but I am on chex systems so I dont know where to start. My 3 loans are with:

united cash loans

pay day loan yes

loan shop

the united I didnt request the money but it was in my account and i didnt return cause I needed the funds. I never received any documentation from them. HELP where do I start.

Hello and welcome to the community! :) We need a little more information before we can help you.
-State you reside
-Amount borrowed
-Amount paid back so far

I can tell you right off the bat that paydayyes is unlicensed/illegal. You aren't going to be able to stop them from debiting your account unless you close your account, but please read THIS before you close it. You can refer HEREto locate a financial institution that does not use chexy systems.

all of my loans are for 300 each with a $90 fee. So if I extend my loan every 2 weeks they are taking out $270.00. When I took out the loans i was unaware that this was gonna be every 2 weeks for an extension. I have only paid 1 time due to the fact I cant afford it. I successfully closed my account today with bank of america. Inwhich they advised that all checks or debits from my old account will be returned at no charge to me for 6 months & if I wanted it extended another 6 months I have to notify the bank. What are the next steps I should be taking for the pay day loans?
