This site does help out with PDLs in the sense that folks who come here are trying to settle their debt and become free of the PDL cycle. Is that what you are trying to do? If so, perhaps you could list what state you reside in, who your loans are with, how much you borrowed, how much you paid back and whether they are storefront or internet. That will allow your state laws to be posted and interpreted and then you can go from there. Hope this answers your question. . .at least somewhat.
