As Imale says, post the info and we can direct you to the right direction. Here is a link for Ohio pdl laws at http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/state_detail.cfm?id=OH to get you started.
You can also go to the Getting out of Pay Day loan help Forum and there is alot of good info there.
The store fronts are sometimes difficult and tend to take you to court , so it's best to try to work something out with them.
Check out the PDL Forum here and others with more knowledge will be along shortly..Karen.....I deleted your duplicate posts for you and also moved your post to the Pay Day Loan Forum so it can get more responses

I would prefer to use the username queenbee instead of my email address name ----- sorry --- like I said I am very new at this.
As far as paying them any monies --- this has been going on for over a year that I have been paying them off and reloaning because I couldn't pay them off. I have yet to default --- but am at my wits end over it and want to stop it.
I have not defaulted on any of these but --- if i don's do something they will bounce in my checking account.
Thanks again for any help.

Don't be sorry, we're glad you found us! Well I know Cashland is a store front, and I can tell you from experience they aren't pleasant to work with, plus they will deposit your check if you default and don't set up an EPP plan with them. Are Purpose Cash & Quick Cash store fronts, I am assuming they are. I've never dealt with those two before, but if they're store fronts, they will attempt to deposit your checks if you don't contact them (and probably will anyhow if you can't get them to agree to some type of pay back plan). I don't think Magnum Cash is licensed to lend to Ohio residents, and based on some of the previous posts in this forum they are very aggresive. Whatever you have paid them so far will go toward the principal amount owed, you aren't liable to pay them anything more than the principal amount since they aren't licensed in Ohio, you really shouldn't really close your account right now since you have outstanding checks out there, that could get you into trouble. Revoking ACH transaction from Magnum probably won't stop them from debiting your account because they will just change their name. You also need to file a complaint against Magnum for lending to Ohio residents illegally, there are links in my signature to do so. Since you only have one Internet PDL, you could go to the bank and revoke ANY and ALL ACH transaction from ANY entity, because the store fronts would attempt to deposit their checks and not do a ACH transaction. I am thinking that should cover you in that respect, anyone else have any suggestions?
PDLs Ohio
Yes --- all are store fronts except for Magnum Cash Advance.
So If I put a stop on all ach transactions --- that will stop Magnum Cash Advance from debiting my account? I really don't want to close my bank account ---- should I stop payment on the checks I have written to the other storefronts that I don't have EPPs on and send them a letter to try and set up a payment plan.
I was told by the girl at Cashland that I would be better off to let the checks go through my account and set up a payment plan as soon as they go through and they wouldn't put them through a second time. She also said that would be the best way if the EPP plan payments are too high. I have heard that some of these places are pretty agressive. They truly didn't want to give me an EPP at Cashland and they said they would have to ask for permission from the regional manager to give one.
As far as purpose money I think their legal name is Valued Services something or other. i would have to pull out my paperwork for them.
I just dont want my checking account damaged. I know how hard that can be to get another one if the bank chooses to report you to chexsystems.
More information is greatly appreciated!
Relief is what I'm needing
Relief is what I'm needing with all this --- I intend on paying all these in full ----- but I can't continue reloaning.

Well, that might be thier policy, either that or that particular employee knows very little about an EPP. They really can't refuse you an EPP, if they do refuse you while being a member of the CSFA, then I would tell them you are going to file a complaint against them with the CFSA, those are terms they [Cashalnd] agreed to when they became a member. In order for them to remain a member, they must abide by the terms set forth by the CSFA. :?

As far as Magnum Cash Advance I originally borrowed $575 and paid back 960.00. I had to extend it and borrowed 365.00 in order to afford the last payment. So would that mean I owed them 940.00 and actually paid 960.00?
Thanks

I do not know if Magnum Cash Advance is licensed to lend. You may want to do a search uptop in the box for more info on them.
IF they are not licensed and ILLEGAL, you are done with them period! Best of luck!

Quick Cash was easy for me to work with. The local store turned me into their corp office and I've been paying $25 a month to take care of this. Its been a year since I've dealt with them so hopefully they do the same stuff. I'm still paying off on their loan. Their corp office was real good to work with. Cashland sent me to a collection agency but then transfered me back to their store. I think I had to pay them off in 2 months. Their collection agency was something to work with and I recommend a tape recorder if they still use the same company. I had to listen how I'm a theif and does my employeer know if I'm a theif and so on. I ended up filing complaints to the FTC and the Ohio AG about this company and thats when they transfered me back to their store.
Magnum Cash is NOT licensed to lend in Ohio. They owe you $385.0
Magnum Cash is NOT licensed to lend in Ohio. They owe you $385.00, I would send them a letter and demand a refund, let them know they MUST be licensed in Ohio in order to lend to Ohio residents, and they aren't. By filing a complaint against them with the BBB, FTC and your Attorney General, it may help you get that refund, just state in your complaint that you want a refund in the amount of $385.00 because they [Magnum] are NOT licensed to lend in Ohio, which means all your were obligated to pay back is the principal amount. You may or may not get a refund but it's worth a try! :)

So I should call into the Quick Cash store then?
I just can't afford an EPP loan on each that I have over four (4) paychecks.
I know I have learned my lesson. THis will definitely never happen again. It was like a snowball affect. i thought I could pay the 1st one off by the next payday --- but something else happened that I couldn't.
I'm in northeast Ohio --- so I don't know if the Quik Cash is the same or not --- I guess we'll find out.

I'm not sure on who to contact about Quick Cash. I was going through a debt consolidation company and the store manager said she would accept their propsal. Well, I never got it in writting and it was turned over to their corp office. I believe their corp office is in Orgeon or some place in the midwest. Not sure off the top of my head.

I have 2 EPP set up with two of my lenders. I'm just afraid that I'm not going going to be able to make those payments either.
I am beside myself over this whole thing.
I know that some companies are quick to sue you in court. I'm not sure which companies would send you to a collection agency --- which would be better than them garnishing my wages.
The company I work for has a clause in their employee handbook that garnished wages pretty much won't be tolerated and pretty much lose your job.
So I'm nervous as all get out.
HELP!!!!
