payday loan ???

webpayday and payday online. i saw that there state had no maximum apr. i have defaulted on these and have paid well over the amount i borrowed what are my options. payday online was 750 and have paid 1200. webpayday was 500 and paid 600. i checked with my states guidelines and i have to refer to where the company is licsened at. are these 2 even licensed anywhere?

i just recieved a letter in the mail that i have been transfered to their legel dept and now i am public record. this is from payday online. what do you suggest to do? it said that there will be a civil case against me if i do not resolve this. i am in tn
