Yes,it was an introductory rate. No,it doesn't say what it was going up to. I have considered changing to another card. When I asked them why they went up so high they would not explain. They just say they do not have another interest rate to offer me.I am not having this problem with my other accts. Should I close this acct. in the meantime?
