T & C has now sent proposals and payments to all creditors. Of course 2 PDLs are telling me they have not gotten anything...The credit card companies have all also gotten payments, and continue to call serveral times a day...How long will that last do you think? They all keep telling they see no proposals either, but I know they got the payments cause I look them up on each of their websites....I just need some peace!!! Just wondering how it's going for others who are using T & C.

I did call T & C today and ask them to contact the 2 PDL companies to see what the deal was, but I didn't have a chance to call back to see what they said.

BTW, I worked out a deal with Checksmart, I paid half last Friday and will pay the other half next week, it is running me short, but at least those BONE HEADS will be out of my life for good!! Reny

LM, I don't use T & C, but when I started my plan with another company, Chase said that the calls would continue until they get the proposal and forward it to the correct department for review. That they said could take a month. In the meantime I just told Chase that I was with a debt management plan and to please call them. They insisted they couldn't & wouldn't until they got the proposal & reviewed it. The proposals might be there but they might not enter them in until they accept.

One more thing Reny - As you know, I'm with T &C as well. They told me that the PDL's will take your payments, but you have to be patient with them. Once they start getting payments, they will eventually come around and leave you alone. Once the credit cards get two or three payments from you they should leave you alone as well, if not earlier than that. The credit cards are typically no problem and T & C works with them all the time. If the calls are really bad, I would considering changing your phone to an unlisted number as I suggested above. I know it's a hassle for the people you do want calling you, but the peace and quiet was well worth it for me. Especially with the likes of cashcall and Think Cash. Brian.

So far my experience has been good. I checked them out with the BBB before I started with them. They specialize in pdls. I've had a couple put transactions through but those should be reversed because they were informed not to access my account. I had a freeze on my account and I took it off for one day to let another transaction go though and got smashed! I have my own arrangement with cashnetusa. Does anyone know if they are legal in Ohio?
