I am in Ohio and have been on this website reading and reading and reading. I owe the following:
zip19.com $788 (online, one time payment owed)
soniccash.com $700 (orignal loan was 500/have paid already 200(
payday1.com $575 (online, one time payment owed)
unitedcashloan.com $350 (online, i have paid so much on this already...like 500 already)
I am in the process of speaking to my employer for a 401k loan so I can get them off my back and actually sleep at nights. I have already sent out the revokement of wage assignments to zip19 and am currently looking to see if they are illegal in Ohio.
I do want to say how much reading on this website has helped me relax a little and hopefully other people will never, never use payday without reading. Thanks everyone.

Hi Jencas,
I also live in Ohio. Zip19 is not legal in Ohio or anywhere in the US. I have dealt with them before. WHen I first closed my account they called me at home and work at least 3 times a day leaving very threatening messages. They also called my references a couple times a week. They tried talking me into paying them off in one payment and then telling me to reloan right away. They sent a garnishment letter to my work as well. They are a nasty company that is not even based out of the US, so you need to prepare yourself for all of their bs. Once I found this site I used the C & D letter posted on this site and they actually did stop the harrasment. I ended up paying off the principal I owed them by sending in money orders in $100 increments every month and I have not heard from them since. I am not breathing a sigh of relief just yet though.
