In November I borrowed 200.00 from cash advance usa in Florida I live in Minnesota. The interest rate is 608.33. I made 10 supposedly interest only payments of 50.00. It is illegal to rollover loans in MN they did it 10 times. My bad I dated a check that was faxed to them on 11/8 to get them to stop debiting my account I closed it. From my calculations they owe me but I could be wrong? I am not sure if they are even legal.


Okay. I checked the MN licensee database and wasn't surprised to see them NOT licensed to lend. Also, I checked the BBB site (I'm copying their information for you on this post). They have an "F" rating. Not looking good for them! :twisted: I know you have prevented them from debiting your account further, which is wonderful! Have you filed any complaints against this company yet? With the BBB and your state AG? If not, you need to file complaints. I can't promise a refund, but you've certainly paid what you owed (plus some). If you need help filing complaints or sending these idiots any letters, just post! :wink:
