I currently have 7 storefront loans out all for $500 plus the $75 fee on each. 4 of them have already deposited my check. I am trying to work something out with the other 3. I live in Virginia.

They are:
Allied Cash Advance
Check N Go
Cash 2 U
Express Check Advance
Quik Cash
Check into Cash
Advance America

They are all storefront and they just recently deposited my checks. I have made a payment arrangement with one company (Quik Cash) and will be sending them a payment of $150. I am just going to keep renewing the three that haven't deposited my check until I can get these 4 paid off. I hope that they will set up some kind of arrangement.

I have been told that because my due date had already passed that I can't get set up on an EPP.

Which 4 deposited your checks? Did they go through, or did they bounce? They will attempt to deposit them again, causing you more NSF charges, you might need to stop payment on them before they make another attempt to deposit them. Have you defaulted on the 3 that are still holding your checks?

That will end up costing you a small fortune, why don't you just go in and evoke the EPP plan on the three you haven't defaulted with, usually (not always) they only make you pay the interest when you sign up for it.

That's a good idea, I will look into setting up the EPP on the 3 that have not deposited my check. I am past my due date so I will have to renew then start the EPP. They are holding my check until tomorrow. I will go in and pay those tomorrow. As far as the ones that deposited my check, the account was closed so they were returned. Those companies are Allied Cash, Cash 2 U, Quik Cash (which I already have made arrangements with and Check N Go.

jllva I am sorry to hear that you got caught up in this vicious cycle, it's very trying on ones nerves, I wish there were some way you could just start the EPP without re-borrowing, but if it's the only way to get out of this cycle, then do what you must. Perhaps someone else will come along with some advice that could get you out of this cycle altogether. I feel for you and hope it all turns out in your favor.
