Help!!!!

Hello verkoe and welcome to the community! :) I will be posting your pdl laws shortly.

First of all, please list the following information so we can help you.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!

Hello, hang in there for a second while I do some checking on these companies. :) Let me just say that if these store front payday lenders are members of the CSFA that means you are eligible for the EPP plan as long as you ask for it at least one day before they are due. The EPP is an extended payment plan which allows you to pay them off in 4 equal payments on each payday, I would get those taken care of first. Let me see what I come up with on the Internet loans. :)

You really need to secure your bank account after you have set up a payment plan with your store front pdl's, this means either placing a hard debit block on it so the Internet pdl's can't withdraw funds, or closing it out and opening another one. Then you can make payment arrangements with the Internet pdl's. But don't contact the Internet pdl's until you have your account secured. I really am not sure of the legality of these ipdl's, hopefully someone else will come along and have some information on them. Just hang tight until someone comes along that is familiar with these Internet pdl's. :)

verkoe, I'm posting your South Dakota state pdl law for us all to see. I'm concerned with the fact that you have legal/licensed storefront loans. The reason I'm concerned is because of what your state pdl law says regarding criminal action. It says "unspecified". I hate that. So, I don't know what might happen if you block/close your bank account with outstanding legal/licensed storefronts. They are not specific if criminal action is prohibited or what can happen. Let me post your law for you to see..

Your main priority is the storefront loans. I'm showing Check Into Cash and Check 'n Go as members of the CFSA. I'm not showing the other two as members unless they are using a "corporate" name. If you have not yet defaulted on your storefronts, you can invoke the EPP. You can go into the storefronts, ask for the EPP (at least one day PRIOR to the loan due date). They will break your payments down into 4 equal payments coinciding with your paydates.

Do I wait until the day before my due date to ask for this?
Can I call them the day before or do I need to go in person and ask for this?

verkoe, as paul stated, when invoking the EPP with the storefronts, you have to go into the storefront that you got the loan, invoke the EPP, you will sign an addendum to your loan documents stating the new payment plan of 4 equal payments coinciding with your paydates. You have to do this BEFORE the loan due date, at least one business day before the loan due date. You can go in sooner if you want to. But you do have to go into the storefront because you have to sign the new payment documents. Let me look at your internet loans that you listed out and see what I can find out. Just remember, you need to take care of the legal/licensed storefronts!

I closed my account, and set up payments with my storefront loans. I haven't heard from my internet payday loans yet. What should I do now? Do I contact them? I can not pay them anything until I get my storefront loans paid off, which will be about a month from now.
