Scammer, do not pay them a cent

GC Processing? Report them to the county cops and file complaints with the AG and the CFPB. They need to be given a good old rundown.

I got the same call yesterday and it too was from 2010. Represented himself as an attorney for fraud division of tarrant county complete with a docket number. Changed his tune about who he was after I turned the questions on him. Told him he was full of crap and hung up

they are calling my job i asked them not to and i also asked for a number to call them back and who they are information on why they are calling and he was rude would not give me anything and said they were going to come to my job what can i do now

they are calling my job and making threats any help on this

How do you stop them??  Other than  calling, what are they doing??

If it is just calling you, try an airhorn in the receiver...or just put the on call reject.

im having the same problem, they called my elderly sick mother and scared her saying they needed money or they were taking me to court in 3 days. keep logs of everytime they call and each time tell them you will sue them for harrassment if they call back, call the police and st. attorny's office!

I have the same issue. They call my home phone and cell at the same time. I spoke to them 1 time and was cussed and told I was going to jail if I didn't send them money. I explained I didn't have a clue what they were calling about and ask for proof of the debt. The man sounded very agressive when he yelled at me. This is really crazy. I am going to file a complaint with the AG
