I just checked my reports and have 3 inquiries from Joe Pazzuto Law Firm. I dont have debt or owe anyone nor have I recieved anything from them. The inquiries were 4 months ago. Is this legal? Why and how can they do this?  I am in Afghanistan and cant stay on phone with them.

Thanks

It's not necessarily illegal. If I were you I'd dispute them with the bureaus and see if this law firm will just stop reporting.

Good luck over there

Inquiries without a permissible purpose is a violation of the FCRA.  Send the a letter or email disputing their inquiries, demanding they remove the inquiries if they cannot prove permissible purpose.
