Good question, they will not work with you, very well at all. I too had revoked them from my account, however to date they have tried to get their money about 8-10 times, causing my major over drafts---I'm working with a dmp, who is trying to work out something with them, I hope it happens soon. Have you tried sending them money orders? I would not give my new account information. If you send them money orders I bet they cash them....Good Luck. Reny

Cashnet USA *is* a licensed online lender, and also a member of the CFSA. I would file a complaint with the CFSA about their so-called "better practices".

I was able to make an arrangement with them. I have a freeze on my account and I let them know in plenty of time. They gave me the option of paying though moneygram (cheaper than western union) and the girl gave in and gave me their mailing address in case I couldn't find a money gram.

I currently have cashnet in my debt program and it took me awhile to get them to agree on an amount to accept. They also tried debiting my account a few times after I revoked authorization....I had to threaten them with filing complaints before the finally stopped. They called my job and cell phone constantly and the guys that left messages tried to sound all big bad and scary. I never answered or returned the calls I just let my credit counselor deal with them.

PinkLady, that's good to hear that they finally accepted pmts from your dmp, that's what I'm working on now. So at least I know they will cooperate sooner or later.
