Also if they are storefront or internet. I am assuming you are from Arizona? Someone will be along soon to post the laws for you and intrepet as well. That is not my area of expertise so I will defer to someone who is experienced in that area.

It covers just about all aspects of PDLs. . . . revocation of ACH authorization, do not call my home, family, work, friends, etc. wage assignments. If that is not what you are looking for perhaps you could offer some additional information to help find what you are looking for.

You could just type up a letter specifically stating to cease and desist any communication with you via the telephone and only communicate through USPS or email, and that you are revoking any ach transactions and wage assignments.
