Not sure if I'm posting in the right section, but are there any good cards for rebuilding credit? I always hear of Orchard, First Premier, are they any good?

I agree...........Orchard is NOT a good card to go with. I had Orchard for a while. They said they would help me establish credit. For the first 4 or 5 months, that I had the card, they din't report ANY activity on my CR. However....the fees were getting outrageous!! They REALLY 'stick it to ya.' And THEN they report this to the CB's. They are almost impossible to talk to...Customer Service, I mean.

Orchard is definitely not a card you'd want with perfect credit but, so far I've had no problems with them. I pay my balance in full as soon as my statment is ready. They've updated my credit report perfectly so far. They showed up on my credit report the day after my first statement was paid.

I have a First Premier. Their fees are high, however they report regularly to the credit bureaus. I only use it once a month, and pay it off in full as soon as I get my statement. My credit score has been going up slowly each month.

What is your credit score? That will seriously influence which card you should apply for.
