Has anyone ever heard of PDL Assistance? I am in the process of finding a debt consolidation company for payday loans. I have been talking to pdl and towne and country. Any suggestions would be helpful.
thanks
debbie

i hope godah is watching, because she is an authority on CSO'S
that sounds like you have some if not all your loans are these
not pdl's.that being said, pdl assistance is a settlement co.
town&country is a consolidation co.there is a difference.

I considered using PDL assistance, but decided not to when I found out that the first 4 payments I made would go towards their fees & the remaing 4 would go towards my savings, technically they wouldn't start working on the PDL's until the sixth or seventh month when there was enough to settle with. They were also going to pay more money to the ones I had already overpaid. I was able to take care of them myself in about 2 months.

Hi Rowdy,
I will tell you Magnum, Cash Transfer Centers, USFastCash, and Loan Point USA/ Geneva Roth is not licensed in your state and ILLEGAL.

These are all CSOs in your state unfortunatelly :?
Payday One
Check N Go

This one may be CSO also not sure, I will check for you..
CashNet USA

I would focus on the CSOs first. They are licensed to collect and will be a lil tough. If they are CFSA members you can set up a EPP with them for payment arrangments. Here is the link below.
