Our PDL Fight Begins

Hello Everyone,
I've done the research. I've talked to the OFI in Indiana and as of today we've spoken to the bank and closed our account.
The gal at the bank, while not a manager, was quite helpful and had heard our story before. One major difference in ours is, we've closed the account before the PDL debits could take anymore of our cash and our account wasn't in the negative numbers.
I've got he C & D letter ready and I think I have the addresses to send them off to.
Here we go!
