Does anyone know of a law firm that could review settlement letters? I want to make sure I'm covered.

Now what...I saw your other post where you received a settlement letter from NES. If you are able to settle directly with Chase, have them send you their settlement agreement. It is probably a bit more thorough than NES. That way you only have to have the attorney review one letter.

IMHO, I would try to settle with Chase directly rather than thru the CA (NES).

NES said they had to have the money by 1:30, but she was talking EST, and I'm in CST. So, I wasn't comfortable with that. I mean they could have gotten the money, and said, sorry due to cut off, it won't post until today(then settlement offer would have been void and they have my money anyway)
