I understand the asking if they are illegal or not, but remember, you still may have to pay back the princapal of the loan and mabye some interest....but you should not have to pay anything above what your state allows. Yes, some if not most of these internet loans are illegal which depends on what state you live in.
I would shut down my checking account or just have deposits only so you can go in an withdraw monies to do a money order, hope they are free. This way most internet payday loans cant get to your checking account right away in which in time, most have a way of finding out your account and maybe any new checking account by going through chexsystems.
