I was called by a collection agency & they threatened to take me to court, I have been paying on a Dr. bill. Was owing 1400 now down to 700.00 I told them I would send 200.00 next Wed. then she told me to ask a friend, get a pay advance or credit card ot loan to pay them. Will they take me to court? I am paying what I can each month
