Advice needed for settling account

I received this letter from Capital Management Service on Friday and I am not quite sure how to proceed. I am one of Sifxpert client and looks like I might have to deal with this on my own or hire another firm to help me (I am thinking about Oak View Group). Any advice??

if you can't pay the offer i would look into another company.
either OAKVIEW or SUPERIOR.it's unfortunate lombardo did this
to you,it sounds like a fair and generous offer.

if you want to get your ducks in a row i would,just to make sure
how they will accept payment.how soon thereafter can you expect the letter sating that the account is paid.those things
you should discuss with someone before sending the payment.

i noticed a physical address,good send the payment there.call
them to inform them you accept there offer and will send it
within there deadline.i would after that just ask when you can
expect the PIF letter.that is all.

I just received a delinquent debt from this company and i never had a premier bankcard nor do i know what they are talking about a settlement? dudh

hello out there. i got this letter and i never ever had a premier bankcard i don't know who they are, and to say i owe them $566.00 is insane.

well sweet,then you send a DV letter stating you never had a premier bankcard.send it certified mail return receipt.

i got a letter from Capital Management Services, LP
They saying i owe money and will to offer me to pay only $941.08
The funny thing is that they spelled my first name wrong and i dont owe anyone any money. I pay my credit card bills on time and everything. Is that a scam??
