Cash Today has violated the FDCPA law of cease desist letter

So does anyone have any good contacts, etc. for Cash Today. I have sent them two letters requesting validation of debt and cease and desist and they continue to call. Who can I contact to file a complaint? I live in Arizona.

They state they are in Nevada, but you can tell they aren't. One told me they were in London and the other told me they were in Reno. Yeah right. Does any one have a good way to get them off your back?

Have you recorded the phone calls made by Cash Today? Note down the date and time of this call and the name of the person if known. This will put you in the stronger side when you will file a lawsuit against them.

Get the receipt of the certified mail return receipt request number and see the date printed on it.

Take the help of your attorney and file a case against them. As per the proofs, the judge will decide the case in your favor. You are likely to be compensated from the company also on charges of breaking the fdcpa laws.

Send your letter to the address you previously used to send the cease and desist letter.
